I’m Lori Ann, Aaden’s mom, and we welcome you to Aaden Beauty. We’d like to introduce the MistAable, a soothing spray for your face that nourishes and gently veils your complexion from the ravages of environmental pollutants.
My journey started on March 15, 2020, when I exited a plane from Puerto Vallarta and entered the new world of COVID-19 and imminent lockdown. Preparing for a grocery run, panicking, and staring into my bathroom mirror, I asked myself, “What can I do to protect my family from COVID and keep my asthmatic daughter, Aaden, healthy? What can I do NOW to protect myself while shopping?”
With little information about the COVID-19 virus and assuming the worst, I lathered my face with soap (and didn’t rinse), threw on an N95 mask and ski goggles, and grabbed some rubber gloves. Standing in line to pay, I cried, convinced it was the world's end.
That night, I realized I had to find a better solution than soap and goggles. So, I did. I began developing my own protectant product. Now, I would like to share it with my fellow humans.

My journey in the health and beauty industries is deeply rooted in a family legacy, influenced by generations. I grew up in the lively atmosphere of salons and barbershops, including my great-grandfather Jacob Chitty’s barbershop in Newark, New Jersey. This early connection was further nurtured by my aunt, a talented nail technician and beautician.
During my college years, I gained invaluable hands-on experience as a manager at Headlines Hair Salon in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, working alongside Molly Ebling and Lisa Mertz. Molly Ebling, a leading Paul Mitchell trainer and hairstylist, was a significant mentor. My path then led me to Jane Carter, celebrated for Jane Carter Solutions and her hair products. Following this, I joined various cosmetic companies, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their operations, from front office to manufacturing. My time with these companies provided my first significant immersion in customer service and retail, with a focus on the beauty and wellness sector. All these diverse talents, skills, and experiences have been channeled into Aaden Beauty.
My professional background also includes curating events and executing marketing campaigns in major global cities such as Manhattan, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Miami, Nice, and Rabat. This experience has equipped me with a diverse skill set crucial for elevating Aaden Beauty’s presence, particularly in strategic planning, logistical coordination, and stakeholder management. I've had the privilege of working with prominent clients.
Beyond professional endeavors, I am passionate about supporting local businesses and uplifting my community. I am a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within the beauty industry, believing that true beauty encompasses all individuals. This ethos is woven into the fabric of Aaden Beauty, where we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.
